Beauty!!
Not much to say, except Shawn did an amazing job with the
hair. I really love these images.

J Crew Advertising

The chickens are totally real and right behind me was 6 other exotic
chickens and a huge dog.  It was also so much fun to shoot close,
tight portraits of the chickens, which I may post later. 

The chickens had the owners on set and all precautions were
taken to make sure the animals were safe at all times and
not stressed.

This was the final image chosen to run as an Ad for J Crew.

End of Day fun

 

I asked Monica if I could shoot her for a few minutes for fun 

after the Land's End job with the talented Brent Lavett.  I found this 

great corner with this beautiful ray of light coming in from the 

South-West window. Monica is so beautiful and a pleasure to work 

with.

When my colleague and friend Alex, Editor in Chief for Resource, asked me to contribute to her story on the modeling industry of subjects exposed without hair and makeup, it was hard to refuse. It's a fascinating story of young models of all ages and ethnicities.  It's not glamorous, but raw and beautiful.

Land's End - Canvas

I love shooting for Land's End. They have a great
talented staff, and give me the freedom to shoot
all kinds of assignments from the covers,
to In-Store posters to Catalog to location shoots. 
The big sets are fun, and challenging and it's
always a great week with a lovely team. 
Cintia (above) is Brazilian red-head model
who I adore.  This assignment was for their
younger line that just launched called CANVAS. 
It's getting incredible press.

TORY BURCH

My latest Advertising Campaign and web rebranding for Tory Burch.
It's a great team.  Michael, Kate, Honor, Dasha, Erika, Jose, Darren, Miki, Eric, and of course Olga and Lais.

drawn on the seamless color paper by the talented Mariko Jesse.

I worked with the great photo editor Julien Tomesello
